• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the charm of handcrafted work and not considered defects.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at info@sunandmoonstudiosllc.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
